נֹקֵד noqed is only found in two places in the Bible:

• 2 Kgs 3:4 - King Mesha of Moab is a noqed able to deliver, as tribute, to king Ahab wool of 100,000 lambs and 100,000 rams - some shepherd, some flock!
• Am 1:1 the Targum has "owners of herds".

Cognate words in other Semitic languages suggest this too.
