צִנָּה tsinah "hook?" hapax legomenon in Am 4:2 (the other words possibly from the same root also appear only once or twice in the Bible) "hook" is a likely possibility, though the LXX rendered "tool" this may have been a deliberately vague word to represent a Hebrew text the translator did not understand.
